Been digging with a crappy little digger since my Lesche snapped, finally got my new one. Found my first silver war nickel for the year, a silver dime from the 50's, and a few other coins. Eyeballed a toonie, quarter, and dime on top of the ground. As you can see the grass is all dead, we seriously need some rain.

Also found another ring! It's eerily similar to the gold/amethyst ring I found last week, but this one is sterling silver and has a blue stone, which unfortunately is chipped. Nice going on the ring, lawn mowers have a way of doing the nasties to jewelry.

Kurios- this is the second one broken in three years. Little stress cracks near the teeth get bigger and bigger until SNAP. Stupid sun baked rock hard prairie dirt lol

I've never broken any of the three I have. Did you try and get it replaced? I wonder if they'd give you a new one? I hope you get some rain too.

I will email the Lesche manufacturer and see what they say, I will update with what they say. No matter what, the Lesche is still my favourite digger ever.
