Congrats on a beautiful ring, CJ, I suspect it is Native American. The hallmark appears to be such. I searched NA hallmark sites but could not find it, sorry. Sub 8-)

Yeah....but it's just soooooo much easier, selling a 1916-D Merc than a dime's weight of silver.
At least it's easier to figure out a value. ;)
