Just got the Tesoro out for the first time in weeks and found these two goodies. The house was built in 1956, and I am guessing the little rocket shaped thing is some early form of lawn dart, before the tort lawyers halted production. Anyone seen one before?

seen the bug before and yes, sure looks like a lawn dart to me, we had them as kids and they were kind of dangerous with the wrong kids

the ones we had were pretty big and had a one big piece plastic molded tail etc behind the metal tip, seems like they were two colors, red and maybe yellow

VP: Good thought, but this thing is much too big and heavy for a dart board. I'm pretty sure it is a lawn dart that is missing most of the vanes.
