Went out yesterday for a long hunt in the woods, wasn't finding much but shotgun shells and junk. Dug another 19+ shotgun shell butts. But at least I found a few coins, No silver but a couple interesting finds.

Aside from some wheat pennies the first one up I believe is an Asian coin not sure what it is, but maybe someone can help tell me what it is and how old.

Also found a 1903 Indianhead penny in pretty good shape and in 1920 Canada penny.

Next up got my heart pumping a bit, hoping for a large cent or a colonial but ended up being a 1954 General Motors token.

Another interesting find was a Lone Scouts of America. Never heard of them.

Thanks for looking and happy hunting.

Found this about the Lone Scouts of America from Wikipedia.

Lone Scouts of America (LSA) was a Scouting organization for American boys that operated from 1915 until it merged with the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) in 1924.

Good results sorting through the shotgun shells. I have a few sites where they drive me crazy.

Nice finds. Your Asian coin is a Chinese cash coin. Congrats.

Nice diversity of finds. The LSA pin and Chinese coin are my favorites.

Nice going on the coinage, 1920 was the year that made both large and small cents.

Great scores on the old coins, relics and token. I have dug a pair of those old Chinese cash coins. I believe they are very old. Maybe 1700's even if not older. Not much value but, a cool old coin for sure.:headbang:
