MATERIAL IS LEAD I HAVE BEEN ADVISED IT COULD BE A LEAD STYLUS / PIPE TAMPER / OR SPOON TOP END

CAN ANYONE CONFIRM JUST NOT SURE IF A SPOON TOP WOULD BE LEAD

a guy just posted one in another post - told him - you find those and good chance of finding other 1600 - early 1700s stuff
I always get excited when I find them or the bowl ends (very rare to find them complete)

I have found a couple of complete examples here in the states. My most treasured relics and damn hard to find. This will give an idea of what it looked like

The end of the handle is called a knop and the nicer ones were designed. You can google latten spoons to see the different styles. The apostle knop spoons are really cool

Only issue i am having is mine is lead not silver or steel but lead would they have made these out of lead ?Please
