Measure across the base with a caliper. Pretty impossible to tell by the picture.

Sorry, I don't have a caliper, didn't even know what it was till I looked it up:) a friend told me it's a 44 pistol dropped bullet.

That's what a friend told me as well. It's solid so I guess that means it was a dropped? He said its a pistol bullet.
