Not been out for ages. And to be honest not really felt the urge to. In over 30 years of detecting, never had such a lack of urge to detect ( very strange). Still did go out the other day, and enjoyed the short session. Here's the best of the finds. The round object is a Roman disc brooch, with traces of blue enamel remaining. The object with the face, is a Tudor dress fastener. The cut half hammered silver coin, is a king Henry 1247-72 cut penny. The portrait is nice and clear, and simply screams history. Hope to get a bit more motivated soon. Robert.
