Found another old copper, I can just make out a bust facing right after electrolysis. Posted these other signals that could also have been coins. Hunting a huge corn field, so anything could show up. Wanted those new to the hobby to know what to expect. Had fun and got really dirty. Good luck to all. Art

Nice old copper there. Fields and soil sure are rough on them old coins. Lots of cool lead. I post often and try to be descriptive enough for the new folks starting out. That's how I got my tips & pointers. Other folks sharing their experience on the net. Thanks for getting out and sharing your finds.:hello:

Trap, congrats on a productive day. Any plans on trying to pry some details out of that old copper? Good luck with that, if you make any headway on it, post it up! Ddf
