Wow! Hard to tell from the photos but that's a great haul. More Indians than I've got in 12 years. Well done.

Nice finds. Really nice. We love in-situ pictures. If you could snap pics still stuck in the dirt that would be awesome!

Your right

Having the picture of the find cleaned and set up is ok, but a picture of it in the dirt is better.

Wow! I guess you HAVE been learning your machine! How far down were these finds, fairly deep? You’ve obviously got some good territory to hunt, keep us posted on what else you come up with. I love seeing guys having success with the CTX in particular, because it reaffirms what I’ve seen myself...and that is...it’s incredible.

I have been learning to trust the CTX numbers. It took a sore arm from digging up a lot of trash to get the learning to sink in!
Almost all the old stuff has been deeper than my pinpointer could detect before removing some inches off the top.
I have so much more to learn about the CTX. I can read the manual but I learn better from doing. I thought at first I only had it set to find Lincoln cents! Now I need to figure out why no one lost any silver with these pennies.

You are doing a great job of learning your CTX.
Andy Sabisch has a great book full of different programs for the CTX.
Congratulations on your finds

Oops I guess it's a Nova Scotia one cent(?)

Actually it's a New Brunswick one cent, you can see "New Brunswick" along the bottom of the coin. It's slightly rarer than the Nova Scotia one, but in this dug shape it has a lot more cool factor than actual numismatic value.

You've got a great site there, I hope you continue to find great things there. Now for the real fun, cleaning your coins to learn what you have found!
