Cold start but the day turned out pretty nice back at one of my hot spots in the park this area is loaded with iron targets that’s why moving very slow here is a must. Using my fast setting on the Explore worked well in this iron infested area and rewarding my finds for today are 1903 Barber dime 1886 IH seven wheats an old lipstick case also a cast iron looks like a spoon maybe for molding led... Dang PP wish my parks produced like yours do. How deep was the Barber? Looks like you had a good time swinging the coil today.

it’s a recovery token alcoholics get them when their in detox I’m assuming it’s a good luck token wile your trying to recover. I found about 8-10 of them over the years I always wonder did they succeed..

loco it was cold in the morning but warmed up to 37 degrees by ten o’clock. The Barber was about seven inches or so but iron was all around it, single frequency detecteriest pass that baby by many times....

Yes, it's an AA chip or token. AA gives aluminum chips for the first meeting they attend, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, and 9 months of sobriety. When one gets a year sober, they're given a bronze chip for that year and each successive year that they stay completely sober. I carry my 25 year bronze chip in my pocket. If I can stay sober until next June 16th, I'll get one with the Roman numerals XXVI.

Great finds
The recovery coins are passed out at AA meetings, God willing, if I make it to Dec 11th I'll get another coin with the Roman numerals XXVII
I usually go to Vermont and put my year before coin on one of AA's founding fathers, Bill Wilson's headstone.
