Hello diggers!:hello: 20171203_181744.jpg 20171203_185122.jpg 20171203_185108.jpg 20171203_185134.jpg 20171203_185055.jpg 20171203_185149.jpg Today the generous Canadian soil said Good Bye to another goody and gave it to me.... Here it is - the ring of 9.5 gram with the heraldic eagle on the top shield. The only two things are still unclear to me. The manufacturer and when it was made. According to the design and the other finds from this site I would say - 1940-s... but it could be earlier cause I found many square nails there as well. Would appreciate your ideas on that matter folks. Cheers!:coffee2:

Looks like someone really loved that ring...they just about wore it out. I really like it that way, though.

I was thinking the same thing. How long do you have to wear a ring to wear it down to nothing like that? That might be a two generation ring.

Thanks Dude. I think you 're right that the ring was lost in the condition we can see it today cause the soil of the site is not agressive to metal at all. Even the copper coins are coming out in great condition not to mention the silver ones. Also taking into account that I found this ring at the depth of 10 inches.... so it must have some age without any doubts. Thank you for the comment bro!
