1829 capped bust half dime and many colonial buttons

Great few days of digging colonial site in Southern VA in a few bean fields. Dug lots of old buttons including one that days to mid 1600s and one with pretty unique design, brooch etc. And ended with an amazing capped bust half dime towards the end of last day. Amazing piece of US history.

Wow! You have yourself a pretty nice field to hunt. The condition on the Capped HD is phenomenal. That particular coin is still on my bucket list. Congrats!

Great looking silver! It seems to been a pretty productive hunt getting all those buttons. Somebody else posted up a brooch the same as yours a week or so ago.

This post is oozing with history. The choice relics are every bit as noteworthy as the sweet silver half dime. You are on one terrific sight. Leave NO coin or relic BEHIND!
