Being a lifelong Garrett user (Ace 250 for years and more recently the ATPro) I have heard there is a learning curve when moving to those machines from down under. This is a true statement but within an hour, I found 4 wheats and 2 silvers. One you understand what to listen for and trust your detector...all gravy after that.

Happy hunting!

Nice job on your silvers. I like my Minelab !

Never underestimate older technology. Especially Minelab FBS multiple frequency machines. Low & slow will produce excellent finds in a learned swinger's hands.

Nicely done. Looking to upgrade from my Ace 250 this next season.
Might splurge with my tax return... Want a AT Max but a Minelab is looking good too...

ATW you kinda made me want to branch out. Got one Merc dime with the ACE and one Silver necklace.

TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY NINE SILVERS ARE YOU KIDDING ME? LOL

I agree 100 % Kurious. In fact I agree with you so much, that I also still use a Fisher CZ 5 depending on where I am going to hunt. Talk about older technology, but that detector continues to make me some great coin and relic finds.
