After work I had a 1/2 hour till it got dark. I shot down to a old site me and Todd had hit a few times.a crap load of buttons came out of this site.I saved a few more today. This has to be the coolest 1700's tombac button I have ever dug. At 1st I was like oh it's scratched like many tombacs I dig, then I wiped more mud off and was like..Whoa!
Reminds me of the TALLIO fox cuff links from the same time period.

Great find Dave-never seen anything like that on a tombac either. Mostly star or geometric type designs.
Hope all is well-long time no talk and hope to see more vids from you and Todd-
Animals are rare, we have had running hares, Foxes, & then your get some flower spreads & I've seen some hunting scenes including men with guns. Plus I think some birds types as well.

Very cool button find Dave! :occasion14:
What makes it even sweeter is when you're able to identify it.
