Hello everyone, I haven't posted on here in a while. I went out detecting today at an old farm site in the woods that dates back to the mid to late 1800s. I have two items that I wish to identify. One is what looks to be a very worn copper coin. I can't seem to get any detail off it at all. The other item looks to be a tag of some sort. In the middle is a shamrock with "NO. 130 written inside it. On the left side it says "U.S. patent Sept 27 1892" and on the right it says the same thing but the date is June 7th 1890. If anybody can identify these items it would be greatly appreciated.

I've had some luck on really bad coppers with lemon juice and a brass brush. You may be able to identify it that way. By the way it looks, you won't hurt it by trying this method.

That sounds about right. Not sure what part of the harmonica it came from though. Thanks!

I scrubbed the coin with lemon juice and used a brass brush. I can now make out a head that's facing right. Any ideas? received_2022352624447589.jpeg
