5 rings... tungsten, titanium. aluminum, brass and 14g of silver. 1 silver earring. Lots of small micro targets and why is there a .22 short bullet on the beach?

As kids in the 1960s, my Dad took us shooting at the beach in Pensacola, several times. Congrats on the Silver, and the hat will mail on Monday. :skullflag:

Looks like the Equinox is doing what I hoped it wouldnt, picking up that micro aluminum that my CZ21 doesn't hear...scooping that stuff in the water can be a big time waster.

I think in the water I will disc a little higher then in the wet sand as I was running beach 2 with 0 disc and in the water I will disc out 4 and below unless I find a pendant and am looking for a necklace. I will also apply the rule that if it falls through 5/16 holes in my scoop I walk away from it.

Yeah, you might be able to get around those micro targets with those two tips...good idea on leaving it if it goes through small holes in the scoop....hate the thought of missing a chain but don't think chain find would justify all the time lost scooping smalls...I wasn't getting one because of chains though...want one because of the light weight and the way it charges battery.

Congrats on the five ring hunt...how are you liking the depth the 600 is getting compared to your other detectors?
