    I once dug two Indians back to back 1876 and 1878. That was a let down for sure.

    Thanks. This site is a capable of producing anything. Not often can a field site offer a buckle or copper from the 1600s right along side a war nickel. They usually have a much smaller window of activity on them. Hope a bucketlister is waiting for me there

    Thanks. Ive found three halves of that type so far I would love to find more complete early buckles but its hard.

    Looks like it to me; the partially visible bust appears to be left of center which would be right for a W & M. Congratulations-those are very hard to find in the states.
