Finally Found That Elusive Little Silver Coin On My Bucket List!

Got out this morning for my first hunt of the year. Spent a few hours in a field where I found a nice 1853 half dime at the end of last year. Picked up a couple indian head pennies (1887, 1865) and a few other things. Then I got a solid 11-32 signal on my E-Trac and pulled out my first ever silver three center. Been looking for this little bugger for years. Unfortunately it looks like a no date coin. Just too much wear to tell.

Didn't think this particular coin was ever gonna turn up. Now for the even more elusive Pine Tree Shilling! I know this field site doesn't date back nearly far enough for that one.

Thanks for the reply cjon. As I seem to recall the half dime I found there last year had similar numbers after it came out of the ground. It was not a perfect signal before I dug it.
