Nice weather days mean I go to one of my favorite spots to grid and eat some lunch. There's something about eating a greasy cheesburger and soda in the car with the windows down on a nice day. Never mind the yellow jacket that landed on my hand and made me spill my rootbeer. You might as well have thrown a grenade in the car. That's was my reaction lol.

Back to one of my favorite spots, which I have been high-tone cherry-picking. I love finding mercs, especially pre-war mercs, but I also like finding green wheats. I let my son fill his coin book with the greenies and it is looking pretty cool. One of these days I will dig on non-ferrous at this site, but for now, I just love finding silver coins too much. The Nox has not let me down. I dug exactly 6 holes and got 6 old coins. My back appreciates this machine.

HH and thanks for looking!

If I keep seeing all this positive feedback from the equinox I might have to buy one. Congrats

NICE MERCS! I might buy one as well but it will be long after the rush is over.

Yep, the mid tones just might surprise you.

You're doing great! Losing those dimes in the '20's was a far more significant loss than losing a dime today.

Nicely done, and all the best,

Lanny

Indeed! Adjusted for inflation, a Merc in 1925 would be the equivalent of ~$1.44 in 2018. Fun stuff to ponder.
