Have you had the diamonds tested? I've always heard that most diamond rings have a higher gold content than 10K.

It is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Even if the diamonds are real they are not worth anything. How many grams does the ring weigh? We can at least tell you its worth in scrap gold. not worth much above that price.

Why does it look like there are initials and then a 10 but after the 10 looks like a blurry box? STRANGE

Pretty ring! All I can make out is 10k and maybe an E? if so that's an electroplated 10k ring.
See if you can read the rest then check some sites called hallmark identification for jewelry.

I buy and sell vintage jewelry, and to be quite honest,..unless it is Tiffany or another easily-identifiable high-end maker, the maker mark is unimportant. This ring would have an approximate resale value of 150ish.

Nice find. Very pretty ring regardless of value. You can pick up a decent jewellers loupe for about ten bucks. It will help on those small details.
