Pretty tough to ID from the picture. You will have to just keep spinning it around while looking at it with a loupe and see if there are some letters or something you can find to identify it. Good luck.

I see an "O" on the right side about 2 o'clock and two ribbons with lettering but can't make it out. What metal is it made of?

I can read "..Y CENTS" in the rectangular portion in the center, so I'm guessing a coin, possibly "FIFTY CENTS". My best guess - hope it helps!

Im gonna say Bantha Fodder, LOL coin. I see letters all over the place. You could do the ole pencil shade paper test. Maybe smelter it...

Probably a coin (50 cent piece or dollar) partially melted in a fire and a little silver polish or filing should bring out the silver color to that area and confirm it. Or check for steel content with a magnet. If it sticks it's junk.
