Civil War lead and Station Wagon

Took a friend to a newish spot. We found quite a few civil war bullets, all fired. Also found a matchbox station wagon.. now there's a rarity. It was real wet and the briers and roots made for some tough digging but we lasted 3 hours anyway. I don't get tired of diggin CW lead.

Good grief. There sure was a lot of lead flying. Super hunt! I've seen old photos from the large CW battles, and so much lead was in the air, bark and all the leaves were stripped off of the trees.

Lying is now the norm. The truth is not only unwelcome, it is offensive.
