So I’ve been pretty lucky lately I don’t if it’s because I’ve been hitting pretty hard or the research I’ve been putting in on my digs my cousin tells me his house and his neighbors were built in the late 1800s he had asked two other guys to come over and metal detect and they never showed said there wasn’t enough yard for any good finds the houses are in Torrington ct they are very close together the front yards are about 30 by 20 back yards aren’t much bigger so I said I would come over I stopped by for about a half hour after work started on his neighbors front lawn and found my first Canadian large cent!!! Then two wheaties!! A 1930 and I believe a 1919 it’s hard to read but the large cent is also a 1919! Needless to say my batteries were pretty low and I was wear steel toe shoes so I was getting some interference so I called it but I’ll be back tomorrow for sure!!!! 96B2B505-AD4F-4D44-97AD-23C96E7B7160.jpeg 5392DAF2-7389-4344-AD8E-327DD5E0BC2E.jpeg

Nice coppers. I always like to see those Canadian Large Cents. They are a great looking coin.
