Hey all!

Dug 60+ clad coins today, but no silver. Unless...

This little car rang up as a sweet high tone. It's about the size of a monopoly piece, but I can't find a monopoly piece like it. It also 'sounds' silver if you drop it on the table, so maybe?

The underside is hollow. There's no writing in there except the number '7'.

First of all, what kind of car is it? I'm no car expert but my guess would be Camaro. Monopoly "Empire" did make a Mustang piece that looks similar to this, but definitely not the same. Here's a pic of that:

So similar, right?

EDIT: GOT IT. Monopoly Empire Gold Chevrolet Camaro token (which was replaced later by the Ford Mustang):

I agree with you on the Camaro. Does not look to be silver. May have been some sort of promotional deal.

Yeah, could definitely be pewter. Maybe there's some kind of miniature old car collection? I'd even say someone wore it on a chain but there's no place to fasten it, and no rough spots where a hasp broke off or anything.
