Santa comes too early?

Found this tin X-mas tree last week in the same hole with 1918 Lincoln cent around 7 inches deep. The tree looks almost as a new with shiny paint and nice Santa on a side. Does anyone knows how old is this?

maybe art deco,too bad all the color came off the coat and hat
I did read somewhere that older Santa clause stuff with green coat and hat bring more money from collectors than the red version.

Looks very old.

Vintage Christmas pins can be valuable. That one is a little beat up though. Does the pin have a makers mark on the back?
