I went out this labor day to dump site from WW1 , in which few people have access to. Well a lot of great seal buttons were found and a few collar buttons. While hunting Able to save cool bottles . Here is some basic information on the soldier who lost that dog tag! I hope you can find a decendant and reunite them. That would surely be worthy of an "Honorable Mention"
