I struck Silver, then a ring!

Here are the finds from my lunch time hunt on the same day I struck silver in Starbucks.?

Ring is pretty, but it's just a cheap ring, costume jewelry at best.? It's rather small too.? My wife is 4'11" and a petite frame and the ring was too small on her ring finger.?

Anyone familiar with the lead man?? What he is?? He's holding something, can't tell as the rest was broken off some time ago.? Maybe someone can ID it for me.? THanks in advance.

My only guess on the figure, it's looks like from the stance and the position of the arms, he may have been swinging an old sickle.< Spellcheck< Very weird arm position, not too many other things are held like that...
