Hey gang, wasn't going to post but I had a pretty good day and 1/2.

Went out yesterday to a local tot lot, only found 4 quarters, 5 dimes, 3 nickels and 2 pennies. Did manage a kids ring (#57), a dollar sign pendant and a boy scout neckerchief thing. Didn't get out until after supper.

Today I left the house about 11:30. The first tot lot I hit was one that I had not hit before...not real great numbers so I'm guessing someone has been there before me. 3 quarters, 1 dime, 3 nickels, 8 pennies, two 22 shells, a barrette, a no cash token, and the pretty silver colored ring with the pink heart (ring 58)...found its baby sister a couple months ago.

The second park tot lot I've hit on numerous occasions and it has been very kind to me in the past. The best find of the day was this 14K baptism pendant and chain...both 14K:

In addition to the chain and pendant I found a dollar pendant identical to the one I found yesterday 30 miles away, the earring has 23 stones of the 26 positions, a key chain thing, a Chucky Cheese token (#8), 1 quarter, 5 dimes, 5 nickels and 21 pennies.

Hit 5 additional tot lots before it got too dark to see anymore...7 quarters, 9 dimes, 4 nickels, 42 pennies. Total coins for the day 109 but only $5.56. Here's the trinkets & the clad:

I was beginning to get worried as I haven't found any gold or silver in quite a while. Now I feel better. Happy hunting ya'all.

Thanks guys, I'm gonna have to carry my magnifier with me, I had to wait until I got home to see the 14k hallmarks....they are really SMALL!

Beautiful gold Prober. Notice that the lobster claw is broken or stuck open. Great stuff. Mike.
