Return To Stamp Act Button Site: Dad Finds Beautiful 1795-1810 Navy Button!

I told my dad about the Stamp Act button I found, and he said he wanted to go there. We went today, and I tried around where I found my Stamp Act button, and my dad went in another area. I found a few buttons, one of them is a really nice dandy button with raised dots, a shoe buckle frame fragment, a pocketknife at foot deep, and a shiny metal thing that I thought was a cob at first. My dad's one find of the day was by far the best though, an early navy button in beautiful condition, dating from 1795-1810 based on the backmark. I can't believe that this site has already produced two very historical button, from two different periods in American history! This one was probably worn in the War of 1812, based on it's time period. I can't wait to go back!

I cant find any cool early buttons(War of 1812 or older) but everybody else does I did find a 8 reales facsimile button once but it was toasted. Congrats
