Found this at the bank today for face value!!!!!

Went to the bank looking for 40%-90% silver halves and the teller said that the had an old $20 bill, yup snatched it right up, not pretty but well worth 20 bucks!

What's it worth? I know bills should be crisp uncirculated,

In Fine Condition greensheet says its $500 but I would guess that it is About Good and is probably worth somewhere around $200 bucks maybe?

They tell me that they cannot excahnge money like that while they are on the clock? dont know why i manage a Wilco Hess and when i see something that i like, i grab it. Different places different rules i guess
