    Thank you for your kind words. Totally true! I hope this one ends up in the banner, but I am concerned that the French Colonial sword that I dug being up there already might mean they won’t put this up top Not sure how the banner works... at any rate I’d much rather the dog tag go up if only one of the two can be up there at once. Even though the sword is no slouch, this ID disc is a different order of magnitude of rarity and value. Also, I have no control over when banner finds are recovered. Might go out and dig a cache of gold coins tomorrow, who knows—and I certainly hope I do! If that happens I guess I’ll wait until the sword scrolls off to post them in “Today’s” Finds ��
