Keep going over that site it looks far from depleted.

Thx Jeremy! I seem to do OK when the weather is in the 20ís, teens and single digits, not so much. (Actually met up at 7:30 this morning 24 degrees with another Tnetíer to hit a wooded area near the city, found my biggest silver coin spill!) The site from this post is very close to my office, so I will definitely keep hitting it until it drys up. Also a great place to try different settings and techniques.

Very cool finds! That's an awesome spoon! Congrats! My first sterling spoon I broke while digging it up. But my second came out whole.

Thx! My first silver spoon was very plain, but really old, mid 1800ís. I donít think this one is as old, but itís definitely ornate.

Thx! Itís definitely a cool moment when you realize you have an old Sterling Silver spoon in your hand not just another plated one. Doesnít happen too often.
