Awesome that you got out for a little MDing. Cool finds!

It was nice to get out there and find something decent. I hope this week we get some sand movement in SoCal to find the old stuff. HH

I just checked the Surfline cams and it looks like the beach is getting pounded and has been for a couple of days.
So chances are they’ll be sand movement. Good luck!
Here’s a nice pic of a California wave. I’m not going to go looking for a zinc penny in that. Lol

You got out there, turned the machine on, more than I can say AND it beats a sharp stick in the eye!

That square knot ring might be a James Avery , his hallmark is a tiny candelabra with initials JA below it - should clean up alright .

RustyGold—- I don’t get in the water during the winter, too cold and those waves look ready to beat someone :laughing7:

Joe-Dirt— It is nice living in a place where the only thing stopping is life. Weather is pretty good year round for us. Hope you can get out there soon. Good luck

Argentinium —- I started to clean it some to try and find a hallmark and it broke at the bottom. I guess I should have been more gentle. I will cleaning it some more later on. Thanks for the great info.

Nice beach finds. I’m hunting in Hawaii. Nice weather, but plenty of sand. Waiting for movement as well.
