I went back out Friday, and the frost was very thick in spots.... A few targets, I had to bring home in clumps to thaw out... I knew one should be a silver
dime and 2 wheats....

There was a 1946 Rosie in 1 clump, to go along with my 1937 Washington quarter... This little hinged box is Sterling and it's tapered... any idea's ???

Cold? You're on FIRE! Grats on some great finds!

Well ya know, I think your right, finds like that would give a fella a nice warm fuzzy feeling. But then again...bringing home frozen clumps of dirt? Paid off though, a couple of REALLY nice items.

Wow! Nice finds you have. Thank you for sharing the pictures with us. I laughed a little when I seen the clumps of dirt laying out to thaw.
Now if only I could get into some silver like that. Hope you find a lot more!

Great finds, your silver item could be a matchbook holder, they were popular when they first came out with book matches.
