Sweet buckle! What in the name of Gods little green grapes allowed that buckle to sit until now?

Congrats...I'm new to the Nox family but love my 800. I'm still diggin' some trash but most of it I have a 80-90% feeling it will be trash. Good finds stay out very clear. I hope to have a chance to run it in some gold bearing area soon. Nuggets are VERY rare in Germany but not impossible. Btw I did the software update yesterday. Within a minute the installation was finished with no trouble at all. Check your machines by loggin onto Minelab homepage and start the update. Even I bought my machine right after christmas it did not have the latest software installed. The difference I heard about is that silver coins and rings sitting on edge the Nox was struggling to find using the old software. I checked this after I installed the new software and it would pick up a very small and thin silver coin easily. I wish I checked it before installing the new software so I would have noticed the difference. I got me the book "From Beginner to Advanced” written by Clive James Clynick. I did help me a lot to understand the machine a lot better. It's not expensive and worth every single penny. Have fun swinging your Nox! Every time I come home my machine looks like a hog playing in the dirt....how did you clean the old non-waterproof machines???

What mode were you in, just curious, I normally stick with Field 1 & 2, did you tweak anything, or stay with the presets. VERY nice buckle, very nice.
