Stopped at small house in town on the way home from work today, cabin fever bad here in Ohio. Either raining or snowing. The front yard is only 8x20. I found a lot of clad and some other goodies. Than decided I'd go over it one more time now that I had cleared most of it. and am I so glad I did!!! All that clad was masking my largest silver find to date.... I'm still dancing on air over this one!!!
1918 Standing Liberty, I thought I was seeing things when I looked in that hole!!!

That's a nice find. I could not see the mint mark but according to United States Coins Red Book in "good" condition is worth $19.00. Not to mention all the other cool stuff. Good job!

That had to be a sight for sore eyes when you spotted that glint in the hole. Congrats on a great find.

Awesome recovery, I'm sure there's more to find in that yard. I've only found 1 walker ever!
