Can anyone identify this for me? Found it today at an 1930’s house.

It is a nice find, I found one of the 1940 de-coder pins, little pieces of "kid" history. The ROA is Radio Orphan Anne, the ss for secret society.

My dad found one in the 1980's, before the internet.
Now days it seems like it would have been impossible to figure out these mysteries without the internet. We must have had a collectibles book that we used.

Any word on the value?

I couldn’t imagine not having the internet to help identify some of our objects we find. There’s one on eBay for sell $15.99, but to me it’s priceless.
