The way to start the weekend right!

Took the day off to relax and did an early morning hunt. Got a few nice buttons then came across this breast plate I think is from War of 1812 as is the 3rd Regiment Artillery Button. Too bad my buddies had to work.

Wow, great finds. Really like the artillery button and the breast plate, I can only imagine what kind of history is behind the those finds and the soldier/s that wore them.

Love that 1812 Artillery button. I found a 1st regiment similar to that one a few years ago. Great saves.
