    A sweet old military button

I went on a great road trip last week to hunt with a couple of my Tnet buddies. Jimmy was gracious enough to invite me along to his killer permission at an old abandoned fort. We all found some awesome military relics. This button was my best find. The best I could date it is pre-Civil War. Thanks for looking!Click image for larger version.

That button is a beauty. Hopefully some button expert here on T-Net can offer some details about its age and origin. Well done.

That's a nice looking relic ! There are so many button monsters on this site - should be able to date that for you pretty quick.
