First old coin find with the new XP.

Got out yesterday with a few guys from our local club and was lucky to dig my first old coin with my new XP Deus. She's crusty but I can identify it as a draped bust large cent. Looks to be an 180?. Hopefully just the first of many more oldies to come !

Nice!! Once you learn the Deus it'll shock you what you're able to find. The strongest point for me is the separation. Found an early 1800s coin yesterday and it was in the same hole as a giant square nail.

Great find Ed. I think you're going to love the XP Deus. It loves sniffing out old coppers, and light enough that you can swing all day. Have fun!
