A quick look in my front yard

I got home about a half hour before sunset yesterday and detected my front yard for a few minutes. Found a couple of wheats - maybe my first silver is waiting for me right here at home. Crummy pic but one is a 1928 and another is a 1945.

Haven't seen one that bad but usually something the soil. If it had been a farm field with fertilizer, the coins can get chewed up. Mineralization can corrode copper. One area I hunt was an old neighborhood that was bulldozed. Wheats come out matte surfaced and brick red in color. Clad comes out toasted.
