Although I missed todays hunt I wanted to post this video for everyone to see. These are the guys I go with all the time in the woods, water and underwater. They all work hard today was a day we all hope we can have someday, today was Johns turn.

Crazy find and great footage, but it defies all logic to have found a gold coin and have a 2nd signal, and go in their with the digger like that! At last for the last two they remembered you can actually use your hands to move dirt! It's cool to see the pics but so much better to see it as it happened!

There has to be a hundred ways that could happen that we cant imagine, but my guess is somebody sat down and they fell out of a pocket. We will never know.

I think my heart would jump out of my chest for one gold coin, never mind realizing there’s another target in the hole, then another, then another...absolutely amazing find.

I would get them all fully IDed including their varieties (just in case).

There is a 1857/5, can't tell but it might be?
1858 has large & small date
1862 needs a close look, lots of very rare & valuable types.
1859 1/2 no need to check, only 1 type.
