    Help with identification please!

Hello all, and thank you ahead of time for the help. Can anyone tell me where this NS Meyer pin badge is from? I believe it is from the early 1950's. Click image for larger version.

I found a site that had that same pin design (different backing attachments). According to that site, it is a US Army 8th Infantry Regiment pin with the design made and approved in the 1920's. Here's the direct link to the site I found: https://picclick.com/Authentic-US-Ar...666465480.html

    Nice piece of history! Congrats!
