Out of curiosity, how would any beach find be certified as coming from the 1715 fleet?

It is not officially certified. An expert on the fleet who has salvaged a lot of undeniable 1715 stuff said that he feels that they are from the fleet. That is good enough for me.

I talked to the expert this evening. I misunderstood him. It is the 1733 fleet they came from. Anyone know how to edit my original post?

It's more comfort to to know if they are real and as much of their history as possible. Great find by anyone's opinion.
