It was a nice morning but the good finds were very slim. I found the "foot" to a sewing machine that holds the material down while sewing. I had found some clad pennies and had her single nickle beat until I checked the nickle out. She just checked to see if it was a Buff or not and forgot about war nickles. So I asked her to really look her nickle over but she still didn't realize what it was. so she was stoked to find out that she had beaten me again. it is what it is.

Hey Looter, so did you pop for the Frosty's? Look at it this way, you both got to enjoy the hunt, the Frosty and each other... I'd love it if my wife was into it and went out with me...well, sometimes lol. Congrats on another great day together, Ddf.

Congrats to your wife (again) !! At least she detects with you, and you have her company to enjoy while out there doing what you also enjoy. My wife just never got into the hobby, although she loves to see what I find when I get home, and she really enjoy's re-finishing vintage display cases for me to put my items in.

She wanted tacos plus the ice cream, so that is what she got. She didn't do so well today and I won but nothing worth posting. I set her up with an LF XP DEUS coil and the puck so it weighs nothing. I have a program in it that she likes so it is both light and easy for her and she loves it. She gets excited about relics too as well as the old coins. She wears a gold engagement ring with diamonds that she found last year and I had resized for her. works for me! at least your wife is involved in some degree with your finds so that is good too. who knows, she decide to go with you even yet. good luck! Jerry

When I was married, she'd go with but sit in the car and read. I'd find a merc or something cool and go show her and she would say, "can we go now"...

Nice hunting and keep up the good work. HH ALL

a lot of those were very close to each other, especially the pull rings. the grass was too high now to hunt so we were cleaning out a shorter area of grass, hoping for gold. I dug one that for a split second got me excited but it was a gold tab LOL.
