Back to the Bel Air, MD park for several hours this AM dug some relics and silver. Sterling 4-way cross was from the edge of a sports field. It was made by the Bliss Co. in Pawtucket, RI. IMG_7842.JPG IMG_7843.JPG

Finds from the woods, in order of digging: horse tack rivet, printing press letter "X", 1879 IHC, and a tombac button.

Congrats to JF who scored a Rosie on this hunt. Hope you're back on the road soon my friend and we can hit those woods together. Sorry for your mishap on the drive home. Glad you're ok.

Thanks Professor! We detected a good bit in the woods, so stayed as cool as we could in this Maryland heat and humidity.

Thanks Inspector! The "sterling" mark was covered by dirt, so we weren't sure but figured by the shine and weight that it had to be.
