I got 20 pounds of Indian artifacts, mainly knives, flake blades, cores, but ancient. Not kidding. And in the shade too.

This horse brass reminds me of the type that went on the blinker, the attachments are identical but they are normally oval or rectangle, not seen a circular one before. But 100% sure it went on horse leather, circa late 19th C - early 20th C.
