No complaints. It was an extremely nice day for a walk today. Didn't find any treasure chests. But, nice enough finds to keep me interested.

Not much but all in all, a fine day.

Thanks for peeking!

Metal detecting is always a good way to take a walk on a nice day, plus you did not come away empty handed! :icon_thumright:

Yeah, the way silver can come out of the ground looking so nice, is part of why I prefer land to water hunting. Oh, to be sure, if one's focus is profit. Water is the better choice. But, ya see, I am a coinshooter at heart! I'm not wealthy by any stretch! I sure could use the bulk silver, gold, etc. Still, I've found a few silver coins that would be numismatically worth a lot in the water. But, they're always sooooo corroded! I even found a wonderful example of a very old silver dollar. Could make out everything! Without some sandpaper and silver polish one would never know it! Nothing like having to crack the crust off an otherwise beautiful silver coin. Just to see what it was!

Nothing like digging a very deep plug and seeing a "brand new-old" silver coin just shining in the sun again!

Thanks!
