It must be barber quarter day from the looks of Bassman’s post😳. Anyway, I was walking through the wet woods as usual not really expecting much but wheaties and V nickels when I got the usual 28-30 shallow beer can signal. It was showing 6” and it didn’t pass the foot in the air beer can test so I said what the hell, let’s dig it.........at first I said nice clad quarter, then I wiped it off😳 I almost sharted myself. Best looking barber quarter for me.

She looks putty! I got a can signal once and decided to dig it despite being along a ditch next to a road. I'm glad I did too. Out popped a late 1700s-early 1800s candle snuffer in beautiful condition. The farmer had just rolled it out of the ditch bank with his disc. You just never know. FB_IMG_1573526911932.jpg
