This handle was found near by and I believe it went with it

John Stow died a year later...at 28 years of age. There is a genealogy online.

Yeah, holy freaking cow! Makes me want to drive to Phllly this week and see it again!

Agreed, its the back plate of where the 18th C drawer handle for the furniture went.

It is an amazing find. The other finds would have made anyone's day, but that is unreal. More than like the furniture it went to was tossed right after the civil war, so the dresser or whatever was probably just over 110 years old when they got rid of it. Makes perfect sense.

Most of my clothes are that old
